Retired staff astronomer at Caltech.  On the 1-10 scale of "know nothing about everything" (1) vs "know everything about nothing", I am probably a 2 or 3.  Currently working on a gamma-ray astronomy all-sky survey and mapping project witn a colleague at JPL.  Also very interested in space exploration, human or otherwise.
