Wout Dillen is a doctoral student, affiliated to the Centre for Manuscript Genetics. He is currently working as an editor on the Malone meurt / Malone Dies module of the Samuel Beckett Digital Manuscript Project. This module will serve as a case study for his dissertation, which will investigate the role of the editor of a digital genetic edition. His work is part of the 'Creative Undoing and Textual Scholarship (CUTS)' project, funded by the European Research Council and supervised by Dirk Van Hulle. For this project he is also building an online Lexicon of Scholarly Editing.
