Previously Head of the Centre for Excellence in Game Education in the School of Arts, Media and Computer Games at Abertay University, Dundee, Scotland, and assistant professor of cinema practice in the Interactive Media and Games program at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. PhD in art history, theory and criticism from UC San Diego.
