Presently working as Assistant Professor (since 1998) in the Department of Advertising Management & Public Relations, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, Haryana, India.

 

Have worked as a Senior Executive in Associated Forex Services Limited, New Delhi from September 1996 to February 1998.

 

Academic achievement – I have developed five indexes for media coverage measurement in my research publications which are recognized by the international research journal. These are – CPI (coverage parity index), EAI (Economic attention index), DAI (density attention index), PAI (political attention index) and VAI (visual attention index).

I presented the paper titled “Story of a Multimedia Project: From Conception to Birth” along with the Multimedia Presentation of the Project which I developed.

Have delivered regular extension lectures in refresher courses and education institutions at many places within and outside Haryana.

 

Have delivered many radio talks on various media issues.



Have been administering a popular "News Thru SMS" service having 2000 members.

Have delivered lecture in workshop of National Institute of Administrative Research, Lal Bahadur Shashtri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie.

 

Acted as Warden of university’s boys hostel for 2 years from 2004 to 2006.
