* To include images in your notes that are synced, follow these steps: | * You can convert URL addresses in the bibliography to working hyperlinks using the AutoFormat function in MS Word or Open/LibreOffice. Follow these steps. First, click the Remove Field Codes button in the Zotero menu. This converts Zotero citations to plain text and disconnects your document from Zotero, so you should save a new copy of your document and use this function on only the final version. Next, select your bibliography (or all of the text in the document, if desired) and apply the Word/Open/LibreOffice AutoFormat (the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+K in MS Word). |
- Add the image as an attachment to an item in your Zotero library.
- Double-click the item attachment to show the image in your browser window.
- Open the note to which you would like to add the image.
- Click the image in the browser window and drag it into the note to the appropriate place. If you have set up file syncing, the image should now sync between computers.
