Stephan Wennekes is a part-time MSc Student at The Open University (UK), preparing for his research module (T802) which he hopes to follow up with PhD research. He is interested in how Systemic tools and inquiries could facilitate consultants advising on corporate strategy and organisational change in their praxis. This within the context of the interconnected globalised VUCA world they have to live in. He believes change is done by people who live new realities and not by change processes per sé and has therefore great affinity for people aspects and concepts as Critical Social Learning and Soft Systems thinking.
