PhD researcher. My research project is titled "The formation of climate migration: media discourse, political ideology and civic action in the emergence of a ‘future problem’". The aim of the research is to map and critically interrogate how the category of climate migration is framed in media coverage, how the framing is produced and contested, and its implications for climate policy and action and treatment of people categorised as climate migrants.
