I am the Program Coordinator for Community Health Initiatives at the Southeast Arizona Area Health Education Center.  Our mission is to improve the recruitment, placement and retention of culturally competent health professionals in rural and under-served communities of Southeast Arizona.

Among other projects, I am gathering information that will help Arizona move ahead with a coherent policy on credentialing for community health workers, hence my interest in Zotero. SEAHEC and partners are working together to  create a sustainable professional model for our diverse community health worker workforce.
