I am a retired professor from University of Costa Rica. I was UCRIndex director www.ucrindex.ucr.ac.cr and I was part of the Portal of academic journals www.revistas.ucr.ac.cr. We teach to authors in the university about how to write scientific papers. As a Latindex honorary member www.latindex.org I do some research about Latin American journals.
