Research areas: history of mentalities, history of medicine (theory of humors, Renaissance melancholy and hypochondria), Renaissance art and literature. Digital Humanities. I exensively use Zotero for my research.

I completed my PhD at the Paris-Sorbonne & Geneva Universities (2009), and am currently working as a Post-Doctoral fellow at the University of Friboug, Switzerland.

Oct 13-17 2012 Villars, Switzerland. I co-organised The World Knowledge Dialogue 2012. Interdisciplinary conference which focused this year on Medicine Literature and the Digital Humanities. http://wkd2012.ch

2010-2011 Paris-Diderot University. Post-doctoral funding awarded by the Mayor of Paris. http://Melancholystories.com is a website working with a customised Omeka database containing a collection of texts and documents related to medicine and melancholy from the Early Modern period. It uses a Coins plug-in so documents can be easily imported through Zotero.
