Research leader at the Laboratory of Simulations and Scenarios, in the Space Security research line (LSC/EGN). Master's degree in International Political Economy (PEPI/UFRJ), with a dissertation on the post-Cold War space policy of the United States. Bachelor's degree in International Relations (IRID/UFRJ), cum laude. Received a scholarship for Scientific Initiation (FAPERJ) and took part in the AUGM academic mobility program, studying at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA) in La Paz, Bolivia. Member of the Laboratory for Studies on Hegemony and Counter-Hegemony (LEHC/UFRJ) and the Defense Future Seeds Monitoring Network. Experience in International Relations and Political Science, with an interest in foreign policy, security and defense, political theory and Latin American integration.
