Hello! I am an undergraduate student at UMBC with an interdisciplinary/individualized degree plan in Anime and Manga Studies. My research primarily focuses on the construction of fan spaces and the politicization of otaku sexuality through globalization. Other interests include interdisciplinary theory, aesthetics, urbanism, performance, narrative, and publicly-engaged scholarship.
