Hello again,

I want to encourage all our members to  use their real names as user IDs and to complete their user profiles, including discpline, affiliation, and photo. That way, we can be more of a community, knowing who everybody is and where they are located. As it is now, I can't parse the strings of initials some are using for IDs and only two members have any profile information completed and photos uploaded. Let us see your beaming faces! :-)
