I have been managing the Middle East Studies Center as its Assistant Director since 2003. I specialize in knowledge curation, team inquiry projects, organizing learning experiences, and engaging leaders on the role of teamwork in their business.  My approach to knowledge management is community-building, and the idea of activating knowledge through on-going application and curation.  I work with colleagues and clients to build pathways for change and ways to attract and retain individuals who innovate and challenge status quo.
