Marcos Giannotti
Master and doctoral student in social communication (Methodist University of São Paulo) in the research line of marketing and institutional communication. MBA from the corporate university of BankBoston and Rotman School (University of Toronto). Graduated in communication, with qualification in advertising and publicity. I'm currently a consultant and regular professor of design thinking and business marketing in some universities in Brazil. I have worked for 30 years in the marketing areas of major brands, such as Itaú Personnalité, BankBoston, BrasilPrev, Folha de S.Paulo and Editora Abril, with six years in a transformative journey in the development and activation of innovation culture at Itaú Unibanco.
