Interested in college-going behavior, and employed as an enrollment manager at Baylor University, I study issues related to recruitment, retention and graduation.  Most specifically, my research has been on the relationship between how much a students know about the college process and their college-going beliefs (self-efficacy, outcome expectations, educational goals and choice intentions).
