Kimikazu Sugimori is a professor and the Founding Director of Center for the Advancement of Higher Education, Hokuriku University.  He specializes in Computational Quantum Chemistry, Science Education, and Higher Educational Development. Throughout his careers, he's been promoting Active Learning in his classes and Flipped Learning (FL) has been part of it.
