I currently reside in Denver, Colorado and entered the MSLOC at Northwestern University in the fall of 2010. I am employed as a Licensed Professional Counselor/Consultant at the City and County of Denver’s Office of Employee Assistance. As an Employee Assistance (EA) professional I perform management and human resource consultations, facilitate small organizational development projects, and counsel/coach individuals. I have also worked as an EA professional for the Federal Government, US Coast Guard, and a business psychology firm, Mines and Associates.

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Education from the University of Colorado. My primary interest is in the area of management development through empirically based coaching techniques.
