Old recipes can tell us a lot about the past, such as how medicines were prepared, when certain foods became popular, or why ingredients might be magical. We've established a Zotero group as a resource for the study of recipes with the intention of sharing our bibliographies of secondary readings and manuscript and print recipe collections.
