> Managed multiple BTOP Public Computer Center (PCC) and Sustainable Broadband Adoption (SBA) Award Recipients totaling in excess of $70,000,00.

> Responsible for administering and monitoring programmatic aspects of the work conducted under their respective project types, either PCC or SBA.

> Assisted BTOP award recipients with administrative changes to their projects and budgets, carrying out monitoring activities through desk reviews and on-site visits, and evaluating project performance and compliance to identify potential issues and risks

> Recommended courses of action to BTOP award recipients to mitigate existing and prevent future issues such as award amendments, technical assistance, or improvement plans.

>Supported Team Coordinators and work with the BTOP Compliance Office and DoC NIST Grants Office to proactively administer the award, and identify and address project challenges.

>Coordinated and supervised activities of the BTOP Program Specialists assigned to their caseload.

Assistant Director, The University of North Carolina Educational Computing Service (UNC-ECS), Research Triangle Park, NC.

> Planned and coordinated academic computer support services for the members of UNC-ECS, which includes the 17 campuses of The University of North Carolina system and other higher education organizations in the state of North Carolina. Develop.

> Conducted, and did follow up on workshops for researchers, faculty and staff on the use of microcomputers as new tools for research, teaching, and management.

> Managed statewide microcomputer contracts and purchasing arrangements for 17 campuses in the UNC system.

> During one year the microcomputer contract reported to be worth in excess of $300M sales microcomputers and peripherals to the University System campuses.
