In 2008, Mr. Phillips at Employer-Lawyer, PLLC was appointed by the governor of New York to serve as an administrative law judge for the New York State Division of Human Rights. In this capacity, he presided over more than 150 public hearings and mediated more than 200 cases of employment discrimination lawyers, harassment and retaliation.
