My research, teaching, and consulting focuses on understanding what people value and desire in life and within marketplace relationships. I explore these topics across a variety of contexts with an increasing focus on social enterprises, global and domestic poverty, transformative consumer research, and subsistence marketplaces. Articles I've written have appeared in journals such as the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, The Journal of Business Research, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, Industrial Marketing Management, and others.
