I have a Ph.D. from the University of California Santa Cruz in hydroclimatology, which is quantifying the impacts of climate change on the terrestrial water cycle, i.e. hydrology and hydrogeology. In particular, I am interested in climate impacts on water resources.

I also serve as a Director of a local governmental agency, the Soquel Creek Water District <http://www.soquelcreekwater.org/> in Santa Cruz County of California USA.
