I pride myself as having advocated tech-enabled learning since 2006. For the past 16 years, I found a home in TTSH and set up TTSH’s digital learning team, won government grants to pilot innovative ways for learning, e.g. onboarding experience via a mobile app that combines Speech-to-Text, Tone Analysis, Facial Recognition, Analytics, Leader boards, Gamification, AI, etc. I also upskilled TTSH staff in eLearning / microlearning content design and development, as well as created Blended learning courses for TTSH and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
