Andrew is a proven leader with 15 years of experience in the intersection of emergency management, public health, and health care, in increasingly complex and diverse arenas. Throughout his professional career, he has achieved program growth through extensive collaboration with partners across multiple disciplines and levels, including local, state, and federal agencies and organizations. He has been fortunate to manage complex problems and challenges, including major real-world events such as COVID-19, National Special Security Events, and 2009 H1N1

Having received both a Master's degree which focused on emergency management administration, and as an alumnus of the Executive Leaders Program at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security, Andrew has an excellent mix of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the emergency management and public health/healthcare emergency preparedness profession.
