Hi there, this is Amelie. Customer care manager is a tricky job in anyone’s book and I knew very well that a position such as this would be demanding to say the least but I thought rising up to challenges is what professional life is all about.  Looking after customers of a property removal business in London is not too distant from any other customer care job out there.
