I am a hydraulic modeller and hydrologist with over 13 years experience working for large multidisciplinary engineering consultancies and recently achieved Chartered Scientist status through CiWEM. My role primarily relates flood risk management and scheme appraisal with responsibilities covering the full breadth of work (including; hydrology, hydraulic modelling, tendering, project management, technical management)

I have worked on a broad range of public sector projects, primarily for the Environment Agency, as well as for private clients and utility providers. Work has included:

Flood mapping
Flood alleviation schemes
Flood forecasting 
Flood Risk Assessments
Reservoir Act assessments
Drainage strategies (SuDS)

I am actively involved in work winning activities under the Environment Agency's WEM Framework, including leading Lot 1 and 3 tenders. In addition, I regularly provide technical training both internally and external in hydraulic modelling (Flood Modeller, TuFlow) and hydrological analysis
