Avery Dame-Griff is a Fixed Term Assistant Professor in Mass Communication and WGSS at Winona State University, as well as the primary curator of the Queer Digital History Project.  Avery received his PhD in Women's Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park. He also holds a BA (2010) in English from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and an MA (2012) in American Studies from the University of Kansas.
