-Yes, you can easily change the font size. Click the gear icon above your left column and choose "Preferences" from the drop-down menu. Make sure the "General" tab is highlighted, and then select either "medium" or "large" font in the "User Interface" section.  When you restart Firefox your font will display in the new size.
