Celina Toscano Hernandez

My thesis dissertation aims to analyse European jurisprudential decisions regarding the express expulsions carried out in the Spanish enclaves in Morocco.

I am currently a PhD candidate at CYU Université Paris Cergy, where I expect to complete my PhD degree requirements by September 2021. My main area of research focuses on International Public Law.

I have teaching experience in law theory, family law and introduction to law at CYU Université Paris Cergy and ISC Paris. I have prepared and offered several courses in different formats such as face-to-face and online and fully adapted the content and grading system for an efficient and smooth migration in case the situation requires it. In this regard, my experience and motivation prepared me to teach at any level using innovative pedagogy. Although my main domain is International Law, I am willing and eager to explore different topics and opportunities to expand my research and teaching repertoire.
