I'm an Assistant Professor in the English, Linguistics and Communication Department at the University of Mary Washington. I would have selected "Digital Media" or "New Media" for my discipline, if that were an option, since I teach courses in New Media. More specifically, my research is in videogames and, lately, Alternate Reality Games.
