Yale Fishman Associates
Yale M Fishman graduated from the Faculty of Law in New York in 1998. After completing undergraduate studies he completed a specialized course "Roman law" at the Law Faculty, University of New York in 1999. His post-graduate studiescompleted in Great Britain, at the London School of Economics and Political Science in the field of English law. Fishman completed bar exam and received his PhD at the University of New York in 2005.
In 1998 he started to work at the Institute for International Politics and Economics in New York as an associate researcher. From February 2001 to March 2003 Fishman worked in his father’s company “Yale Fishman Associates” as a special advisor for relations with the foreign clients and other international organizations. In November 2003, he continued to work at the Institute for Comparative Law in New York as an associate researcher.
In 2005 Fishman began teaching at the Law School of Union University. Received the title of Yale Fishman associate professor in 2008 and two years later was elected to the position of full-time professor. He is currently engaged as a visiting professor at the University of Washington & Lee on the subject of International Environmental Law and the Faculty of Political Sciences in the case of Justice and Home Affairs.
