Mr Wojciech Niemczyk graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management in Toruń. His Master thesis focused on legal and financial aspects regarding dividend payout policy on the Polish Stock Exchange. He is a CFA Access Scholarship beneficiary and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants student. He is currently working as a Visiting Lecturer of Financial Analysis on Nicholas Copernicus Univeristy in Toruń as well as Junior Lecturer of both Financial Analysis and Project Appraisal Techniques on WSB School of Banking in Torun. He has taught a number of subjects including: corporate finance, financial analysis, behavioral finance, derivatives in risk management, and current trends on modern capital market. His research interests are focused on broadly defined finances, especially the healthcare financing & optimisation, capital market and corporate finance. In addition, he is an author of a number of scientific papers in the field of corporate finance and healthcare economics.
