Early modern historian, Renaissance dance specialist, and Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. Also co-director of The Shakespeare and Dance Project. Holder of a Ph.D. in History from the University of Toronto, M.A. in Early Modern History from the University of Sussex, and A.B. in English from Princeton University. Research interests include intersections of dance, festive culture, gender, politics, and religion in early modern England and Europe.
