Waad Nadhir founded his own video rental business, MovieMax Video in Michigan in 1984. In 1987, he sold the business to Blockbuster Midwest and became a development officer for the video rental chain. He assisted in the development of 150 Blockbuster stores in several Midwestern cities before becoming a Blockbuster franchisee in New York City. He is now the President of BOSC Realty Advisors in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
