Waad Nadhir is the current President and Co-Founder of BOSC Realty Advisors, and he has been working in commercial real estate for several years. In 1994, Nadhir acquired Uptown District Retail Center while the property was forty percent vacant and in a state of disarray. He was able to secure a Trader Joe’s for the center, as well as make it one of the most successful projects in San Diego.
