I finished my PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at The University of Texas at Austin, and I'm now an Assitant Professor of Education at Lamar University.  I teach undergraduates in a teacher preparation program, as well as masters level classes in our Teacher Leadership program.  My research interests include teacher community, teaching in high-need schools, and teacher identities.  I would enjoy collaborating with others who have similar interests!
