I completed my Ph.D. in organizational leadership at Eastern University in 2013.  My dissertation is titled:  Leadership in Intractable Conflict Over Public School Sexuality Education in the United States: A Grounded Theory Study.  I am a big fan of Zotero and continue to use it in my daily work as a consultant in which I am frequently doing research on behalf of nonprofit organizations.
