Trust Registration
A Non Government Company is registered as a Trust under Indian Trust Act 1882. It takes a period of 15-20 days about for the registration of Trust from the date of filing of the application. Minimum 3 members are required in the formation of trust. For ngo registration in delhi, one needs to provide one member from Delhi with Aadhar Card along with one address proof either electrical power cost or water expenses of any licensed location in Delhi. Rest 2 members can be from any part of India. At the time of registration, 2 pictures and address proofs of all the members are needed. Voter id card, ticket, driving license or aadhar card can be sent as an address proof. Even more, at the time of trust registration, 2 members are required for witness who should have aadhar card from Delhi. The Trust can work in entire India.
