COinS should have an appropriate rfr_id to identify what program was used to generate the span

Description

It would be useful to have rfr_id in the SPAN to correctly advertise what generated the COinS (preferably with app name and version). The WordPress plugin still misreports being generated by the ocoins.info generator & I think Zotero doesn't have rfr_id.

Looks like the extension is fixed. How about the ​wordpress plugin?
