Google Scholar translator fails with non-English interface

Description
When user's Google prefs are set to a language other than English, the Scholar translator fails to identify the "Endnote" link to generate structured metadata. We either need to find that link using a stable XPath or generate a list of localized values to find it using its text content.

The most recent version of the Google Scholar translator seems to have no such problems.
