References keep getting reordered.

Description
I know this happens in a number of styles. CSE certainly, and quite a few that use numeric referencing. It will happily show something like
[1-3], but then add another reference somewhere and it may swap this to [3,2,1] - pressing refresh will flip it back to [1-3] sometimes, and sometimes not. Sometimes it will toggle between the two on every refresh.
There are a couple of forum posts about this. I have my suspicions that it also affects author-date with a,b,c type disambiguation, but its not so noticeable there.

I've not tried it in a beta actually... so maybe it is fixed.

I've tested this again on the current build (r2490) in conjunction with the last public OOo plugin. The problem remains the same as before. I'd be happy to provide my zotero library and an example document causing issues. Contact me if that would help the debugging efforts.
Are you running the latest revision? I thought I fixed this in r2433, but maybe not.
