Description
Attached are two alleged RIS files. One is from a older version of Endnote and the other is from HWWilson database. Both fail the spec in some ways but it would be ideal if we could ingest them anyway.

HWWilson.ris isn't a RIS file. I don't know exactly what it is, but the closest reference I found in a quick search for some of those tags was on HW Wilson's site describing how to form searches. We could support this format if it's widely used (which I'm guessing it's not), but it would be better to find actual specification documents.
The oldendnote.ris.txt file (once renamed to oldendnote.ris) is just missing a space after the TY tags. It's a trivial fix, so I'll take it.
