This may be a bug--doesn't seem to be a particular style issue, since it works neither in Chicago nor MLA

Subsequent-author-substitute is still buggy for me. It somehow counts no authors as duplicate authors, and ignores editor-translator-as-author substitutions. I.e. I get:
Silverstein, Theodore, trans. Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1974.
---. Georgia: Art and Civilization through the Ages. Edited by Ori A. Soltes. London: Philip Wilson, 1999.
---. The Chicago Manual of Style. 14th ed. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1993.
When I should get:

It seems to me there ought to be a way to set the substitution to happen without any string added. This is needed for support for a number of key humanities styles.

Can we get this to a higher priority? It's been noted as a problem by many users in the forums, and it blocks a few key humanities styles (AAA and derivatives). Endnote can't do these styles very well either, so supporting these styles might boost Zotero adoption in this academic field.
