(In [353]) Fixes #52, button to expand to full screen mode.
Fixes #92, sometimes it starts up in full screen mode and you can't switch it back.
Fixes problem with tags summary on Notes not updating.

We can't get this to happen anymore. If you notice it happening, try to document what happened and how to reproduce it.
