XPI attached. Let me know if this isn't right.

Also note that locales.xml are now named differently in each locale. If this doesn't work for BZ, let me know.

If possible, we should verify that there haven't been changes on BZ since our last download.

OK, try this one. A few of the locales didn't really exist, so I removed them.
