Description (last modified by dstillman)

See http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/1754/hyphenen-dash-and-ppp/

Pages string is currently passed through as is, but ranges using hyphens and spaces and other strings should be parsed, cleaned, and reformatted with en-dashes.

I think it needs to match against \u2013 too.

See also http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/1265/ for this and other related parsing problems, some of which probably need separate tickets.
