Description
csledit.xul though wonderful, would be improved if it would also display 2 other citations layouts in its preview window. One with a page number present (any old number), and another with the author field missing. It would just speed up debugging new formats somewhat as it would avoid the reload, restart, test in word iteration,

Updated patch to be a bit more descriptive. I've spent too long staring at this screen :-)

Updated both the csledit, and added the cslpreview tool. Both now have more options as I've learnt a little more XUL. They both probably need some localisation at some point.

Here is a suggested change that gives the desired output.
It would be nice to have it done with tick boxes and data entry for page range, but my skills don't extend that far!
