Description
The short form of the variable container-title I think should give you the abbreviated journal name if its available.
e.g. <text variable="container-title" form="short"> should use journalAbbreviation I think (in the same way title does).

This works in the SVN version, unfortunately it doesn't default to the journal name if there is no abbreviation.
So if I have a journal Name, but no journal Abbr and you use the form="short" you get nothing in the journal. I think it should work more like title and give you the full title if there is no abbreviated title present.
