Add version number to OO extensions

I'll stop bundling the oxt files in zip files and avoid caching some other way, but we'll want to add a description.xml file with the version number (inserted by the compiler script?) so that people can see what version they currently have installed.

I'll probably be releasing RC4 today, and it would be good to get this done before then if possible.

Actually, it looks like the version is supposed to only include non-negative integers, so rather than going back to something like 0.9.5, I guess we can just wait and put out a 1.0.0 plugin with Zotero 1.0 Final.
